Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website, the free education, the Private Community and 1-1 Mentorship (together, the “Services”), provided by FM Trades. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

What FM Trades provides

FM Trades provides ICT-based price action trading education: free articles and videos, a paid Private Community (pre-market gameplans, trade ideas with reasoning, and execution reviews), and application-based 1-1 Mentorship. FM Trades is an educational service. It is not a signals service, not a copy-trading service, and does not manage funds or trade on your behalf. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the paid Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with any laws or regulations that apply to you.

Access and payment

Checkout for the Private Community and 1-1 Mentorship is handled by Whop, USDT, or local payment methods for students in Pakistan. Access to the Private Community is tied to an active plan; cancelling or letting a plan lapse ends access at the end of the current billing period. Full billing and cancellation terms are in the Refund Policy. 1-1 Mentorship is application-based: acceptance is at FM Trades’ discretion, and payment is only requested once a place has been offered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your Private Community or Mentorship access with anyone else.
• Redistribute, resell or republish paid content, gameplans, trade ideas or mentorship material without permission.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content provided through the Services, including course materials, gameplans, trade ideas, articles, videos, and the FM Trades name and branding, is owned by FM Trades or its licensors. Enrolling in the Private Community or 1-1 Mentorship gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own learning. It does not give you any ownership of it.

Ending access

FM Trades may suspend or end your access to the Private Community or 1-1 Mentorship if you breach these terms, including the Acceptable use section above. Where access is ended for this reason, no refund is due for the remaining period, consistent with the Refund Policy. You can also end your own access at any time by cancelling your plan; see the Refund Policy for how that works.

Your trading decisions

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, your own risk management, and your own outcomes. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full statement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FM Trades’ total liability arising from or related to the Services, however caused, is limited to the amount you paid FM Trades in the 12 months before the claim arose. FM Trades is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits or trading losses, which are addressed separately in the Risk Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Changes to the Services

FM Trades may update, change or discontinue any part of the Services, including pricing and what’s included in a plan, with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

FM Trades may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, reasonable efforts will be made to let you know before it takes effect, for example by email or a notice on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services will be handled under Pakistani law.
