Privacy policy

This policy explains what information FM Trades collects, why, and how it is used. FM Trades is an education and community business. It does not process or store payment details, and it does not manage funds on your behalf.

Information we collect

Information is collected directly from you, through the forms on this site:

  • Newsletter signup (/start, the homepage email capture, and the signup inside articles): your email address, to send occasional email updates.
  • Mentorship application (/mentorship/apply): your name, email, WhatsApp number, and your answers about trading experience, markets traded, and your current problem, used only to assess fit for 1-1 Mentorship.
  • Contact: anything you send to contact@furqanmalick.com.

Payment information

Checkout for the Private Community and 1-1 Mentorship is handled by Whop, USDT, or local payment methods for students in Pakistan. FM Trades does not receive, process or store your card or bank details, and does not hold or manage client funds at any point.

How information is used

  • To deliver the content or access you’ve requested (the playbook, community access).
  • To assess and respond to mentorship applications.
  • To respond to direct enquiries.
  • To send occasional education-related email. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

Third-party services

Information may pass through the following third-party services in the course of running the site:

  • Whop, USDT, or local payment methods, for Private Community and Mentorship checkout.
  • Discord, for Private Community access.
  • Resend and Kit, to send the emails this site generates and to manage email signups.
  • Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. This only loads if you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit; declining means no analytics cookies are set.

Data retention and your rights

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service it was collected for, or as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting contact@furqanmalick.com.
